To book Whitby Balloons for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your needs and vision for the event. Alternatively you can call us on 07852142490. If we can't answer straight away, leave a voicemail and we'll call back within 24hrs.
Yes, we specialize in creating custom event themes to match your vision and style. Whether you want a tropical beach party or a vintage-inspired wedding, we can bring your ideas to life.
We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one and offer free delivery to our partner businesses.
We are as flexible as possible when it comes to payment but need to ensure costs are covered should you need to cancel therefore we ask that a deposit of 50% is paid upfront on orders over £250. For orders less than £250 we do not require a deposit and cash can be paid on delivery. We offer this in good faith and have yet to be stung. The day we do we will revoke the option to pay by cash.
To place an order on the website you can submit an email order by clicking the photo you like on the balloons for delivery page and scrolling down to the email template. The email template will ask questions about your order such as when you would like delivery, where to and what colour of balloons you like. We will reply with an invoice which can be paid by BACS transfer, or cash on delivery. Please reply to this email to confirm your preferred method of payment.
If you contact us by phone we will take the details of your order directly and then email you an invoice with details of how to pay. We will NEVER ask for your bank details, PIN or security information.
